CHAPTER 1 USER EXPERIENCE AND WHY IT MATTERS
The user is essential if you talk about a product or service. It is who
decides what to use and how to do it, so it is so important that a product has
the perspective that the user wants and that is important to him. Any company
or company that develops a product has the objective of being acquired, that
manages to satisfy needs, it is here where the user's interaction really tests
what was invented or developed, from there arises the experience and gives the
user The feeling of "I like and feel good using it" or "this
product is really bad, it does not comply with what it promises" and that
triggers a success or a failure.
It is essential that the design of a product or service is hand in hand
with the design of the user's experience, so it will be known if it effectively
complies with what the user expects; I consider that a product as in the case
of a web page must have features that allow the user to do what needs to be
done, having clear and accurate contents available, that way they will have a
competitive and sustainable advantage. The conversion rate is very important
and will increase if you create sites thinking about what the user needs.
